Online Accountant

Job Description:

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a part-time Online Accountant to join our team in New York City, New York. As an entry-level Online Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial accounts of our online business operations. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting, monitoring expenses, and providing financial analysis to support decision-making.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial records for online transactions - Monitor and analyze online sales performance and profitability - Reconcile online payment processing with sales records - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting - Support budgeting and forecasting activities for online operations - Provide financial analyses and recommendations to drive business growth - Assist in developing financial policies and procedures for online transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - 1 year of relevant experience preferred - Hardworking and energetic personality - Strong project management skills - Excellent attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong communication and analytical skills
