Time Warner is seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This part-time position will require a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong research skills and the ability to engage in strategic planning to effectively manage online accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities: 1. Process online invoices and payments accurately and timely 2. Reconcile accounts payable transactions 3. Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices 4. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies 5. Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries in a professional manner 6. Update and maintain vendor information in the online accounts payable system 7. Assist with month-end closing procedures 8. Prepare reports and analysis as needed

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field 2. Excellent research and strategic planning skills 3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy 4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and online accounting software 5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 7. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
