Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

General Mills is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable Associate in Fort Worth, Texas. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities: 1. Process online payments accurately and efficiently. 2. Monitor and reconcile accounts payable transactions. 3. Maintain vendor relations and resolve any payment discrepancies. 4. Assist with month-end closing processes. 5. Prepare financial reports as needed. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in accounts payable. 3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Cooperation and presentation skills are a plus.
