Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Aetna is seeking an experienced Online Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable processes. The ideal candidate will be driven and motivated, with excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities: - Review and process online invoices - Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Investigate and resolve discrepancies - Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address payment inquiries - Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions - Assist with month-end closing processes - Identify opportunities for process improvements

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable - Proficiency in online accounts payable systems - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Experience with SAP or similar accounting software is a plus
