Online Accounts Payable

Consolidated Edison is seeking a motivated and confident individual for the position of Online Accounts Payable in our Austin, Texas office. This is a part-time entry level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: -Process and verify online payments -Update and maintain accounts payable records -Coordinate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies -Assist with month-end financial reporting -Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding accounts payable

Requirements: -Motivated and confident personality -Strong planning and project management skills -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
