Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable Associate at Cigna in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Process online accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner - Manage vendor relationships and ensure payments are made according to terms - Reconcile discrepancies in invoices, purchase orders, and receipts - Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports - Collaborate with other departments to resolve any payment issues - Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records - Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to accounts payable

Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality - Strong attention to detail and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
