Abacus Technology is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for multiple contracts and programs as part of our Oklahoma cost center. This is a part-time position, working approximately 20-25 hours per week.
3+ years experience providing administrative support. Must be proficient in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Comfortable working with all levels of an organization including senior level executives. Detail-oriented and organizational skills are critical. Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently. Solid communication skills are critical. Previous experience supporting government contracts desirable. Must be a US citizen.
