Our customer is a leading provider of high-quality school photography services. They are currently seeking a talented individual to join their team as an Administrative Assistant / Photo Editor . This role requires a unique blend of creative skills in photo editing and administrative abilities to ensure smooth operations.
This is a part time opportunity. Monday - Friday, noon - 5:00pm.
This is an onsite / in person job located in Southlake, TX.
Requirements
Associates Degree in Graphic Design or comparable degree
Computer Graphics Certificate preferred
5+ years of experience as a Photo Editor using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (MUST have)
Proficiency in administrative tasks such as multitasking, efficient PC usage, and organization
5+ years of experience in Excel, including data management and analysis
Strong written and oral communication skills
Critical thinking skills with an aptitude for active learning
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Basic bookkeeping and accounting skills preferred
Administrative experience is a must
Responsibilities:
Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to edit and enhance school photographs
Manage and organize photo files and databases efficiently
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and customer correspondence
Multitask effectively, handling multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Use Excel to manage and analyze data related to school photography projects
Communicate with clients and team members professionally and effectively
Solve problems creatively and proactively, ensuring smooth workflow
Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, including bookkeeping and accounting as needed
