What We're Looking for…

A highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to job share and join our team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, enabling efficient and effective performance to support our team and our client's success.

Energetic professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related responsibilities. A quick learner who can take direction and work both independently and collaboratively. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a dynamic team.

Who You Are

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in administrative office management roles.
  • Proficient in Office 365, strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, and other relevant software.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures.
  • Marketing background a plus (strong social media experience, creative design/writing, knowledge of marketing platforms, experience running marketing campaigns, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Strong, proactive problem-solver.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures.
  • IT savvy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • QuickBooks accounting software experience, accounting education a plus.

What You'll Do

  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Manage website, social media and marketing collateral.
  • Manage HR Benefits and medical insurance coverage.
  • Responsible for onboarding and offboarding employees.
  • Provide marketing support, help create presentations, marketing campaigns, etc.
  • Review candidate resumes and manage applicant tracking system.
  • Asset Management, ordering and distribution.
  • Establish and maintain digital filing system for client contracts and other Operational and HR documentation.
  • Serve as the firm's main contact with technology provider for scheduled maintenance, software upgrades and employee fraud training.
  • Serve as administrator of a variety of technology platforms.
  • Office management including mailings, errands and ordering of office supplies.
  • Performs other miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned.
