Job Description - Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Small law firm looking for part-time help with administrative and reception-oriented work. Candidate should be comfortable with in-person client contact, with a bright disposition, and detail-oriented. Limited flexibility with hours, but currently looking for afternoon help and 20 hours per week. While there is a chance to grow into a full-time position, we are looking for part-time help at this time. Responsibilities:

  • In-person and telephone contact with clients
  • Scheduling client conferences, court appearances, and file deadlines
  • Client file maintenance (electronic and paper)
  • Cheerful demeanor
  • Interested in the legal field
Qualifications:
  • Great communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
