Part-Time Assistant Manager

Position Description: Part-time position.

A top performer in the Self-Storage Industry, National Storage Solutions Management /Easy Stop Storage , is seeking an experienced Part Time Self Storage Manager to oversee the sales and operations of a store level within a team environment. The selected candidate will work closely with team members in managing local storage facilities and help with development and execution of sales and operational goals. The Store Manager will oversee local marketing, while helping build relationships with local business leaders to promote our services, and help to promote the companies brand within the community.

Qualifications Include:

• Operational experience in the Self-Storage industry is a plus, but not mandatory
• Ability to travel
• Ability to prepare rental agreements with customers
• Customer service
• Experience with sales and administrative duties
• Possess a high level of problem solving skills
• Help develop and execute effective marketing plans
• Experience in coaching and training employees towards states goals
• Ability to lift 30lbs unassisted
• Experience in marketing and building relationships with local businesses is a plus
• Will handle landscaping
• High School Diploma/GED
• Associates in Business Management a plus but not a must

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
