Part-Time Clerical Support #

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Clerical Support member to join our client in Wilmington, Delaware 19810! This role will primarily involve providing administrative assistance in managing company vehicle monitoring systems. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers up to $21.87/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor dashboards to ensure visibility of company vehicles.

• Identify and flag poor quality or malfunctioning images from camera vendors.

• Break down issues by terminal and communicate the status of vehicle cameras to each terminal. Distribute copies of reports to the equipment distribution list.

• Request status updates from terminals regarding completed investigations and proper functioning of cameras.

• Generate and analyze reports client’s system. Alert relevant locations about any identified issues.

• Provide support with other safety and compliance analysis tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in using online systems, Excel, Word, Sharepoint, and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Webex/GoTo Meeting).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and flag issues effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage tasks.

• Prior experience with safety and compliance analysis is preferred but not required.

• Availability to work part-time hours as needed.
