Pay Range: $15 - $17 per hour

Responsibilities
- Greet all customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Ensure that the reception area and showroom are clean and well-maintained
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers
- Assist in organizing and coordinating dealership events
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and customer service
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
