Job Description - Personal Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Autoliv, a leading provider of safety systems and services for the automotive industry, is seeking a motivated and confident Personal Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Seattle, Washington.


As a Personal Assistant at Autoliv, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to senior executives and overseeing various administrative tasks. Your main duties will include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, drafting correspondence, and handling other day-to-day tasks as needed. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.


Responsibilities: - Manage calendars and schedule appointments for senior executives - Arrange travel accommodations and coordinate logistics - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations - Maintain an organized filing system and database of contacts - Assist with personal tasks and errands as requested - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Remote work experience is a plus
