Job Description: Huntington Ingalls Industries is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Remote Personal Assistant based in Chicago, Illinois. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives and senior management, while working remotely. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage executives' calendars and appointments, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements. 2. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. 3. Conduct research on various topics and provide accurate information. 4. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 5. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives. 6. Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed. 7. Maintain organized files and records for easy access.
Requirements: 1. Experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role for at least 3 years. 2. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. 5. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Strategic planning skills to anticipate needs and proactively address them. 7. Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. 8. Must have a dedicated home office setup with reliable internet connection. 9. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
