Symantec is seeking a dedicated Remote Administrative Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This part-time position is perfect for an individual with at least 3 years of experience looking to take on a remote administrative role at the Associate Level.
As a Remote Administrative Associate at Symantec, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the team. This includes but is not limited to:
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements - Handling correspondence, email management, and phone calls - Assisting with project coordination and administrative support - Maintaining records, data entry, and filing - Providing general office support and assisting with special projects as needed
The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate and resilient, with excellent planning and critical thinking skills. They will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
