Job Description: AutoNation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. The Administrative Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, including handling administrative tasks, assisting with projects, and providing support to team members.
Responsibilities: - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events - Manage office supplies and equipment inventory - Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents - Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail - Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records - Provide administrative support to team members as needed - Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in an administrative role - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software - Resilient and resourceful mindset - Strong leadership and analytical skills
