Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

Job description: Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a hardworking and resourceful Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Washington, D.C. This position offers the opportunity to work from home on a part-time basis, providing flexibility and autonomy for the right candidate.


Responsibilities: - Support day-to-day administrative tasks such as calendar management, email correspondence, and document preparation - Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events both in-person and virtually - Assist with data entry and record keeping - Manage office supplies and equipment inventory - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations - Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in an administrative role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
