Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Office Manager to join our team at Office Depot in Dallas, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our remote office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and schedule meetings, both virtual and in-person, for the remote office team. 2. Manage and organize all office supplies, equipment, and inventory. 3. Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for remote office employees. 4. Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and deliverables. 5. Act as a point of contact for remote office employees, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. 6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers. 7. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to streamline operations. 8. Maintain confidential files and records for remote office employees. 9. Assist with recruitment efforts for remote office positions. 10. Handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a related role. 3. Highly resourceful and independent, able to take initiative and work autonomously. 4. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 5. Excellent negotiation skills with a keen attention to detail. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 9. Previous experience working in a remote or virtual office environment is preferred.
