Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Nike is looking for a driven and energetic individual to join our team as an Office Manager, working from home in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our virtual office. This is a part-time position with a requirement of 2 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage virtual office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing files. 2. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members. 3. Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records. 4. Support the budgeting and financial reporting processes. 5. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures. 6. Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes. 7. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication. 8. Coordinate special events and initiatives, both virtually and in-person. 9. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in an administrative role. 2. Strong organizational and time management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment. 6. Innovation and project management skills.
