Job Description:
Exxon Mobil is seeking a passionate and energetic Online Office Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This part-time position is perfect for individuals looking to gain entry-level experience in office management. As an Online Office Manager, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks remotely to support the efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing online files and documents - Coordinating virtual meetings and appointments - Assisting with online communication and correspondence - Handling online purchasing and expense tracking - Providing online support to the office team as needed - Collaborating with team members on online projects and initiatives - Participating in strategic planning for online office operations
