Online Operations Associate

Job description:

Targa Resources is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Operations Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong interpersonal skills. The Online Operations Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of our online platform, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's online platform - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and updates - Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot any issues that may arise - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and drive online sales - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the platform remains competitive

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in online operations or a similar role - Strong presentation and persuasion skills - Driven and hardworking with a customer-centric mindset - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus
