Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Online Operations Manager to join our team at Dollar Tree located in Houston, Texas. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in online operations management. The Online Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online store and ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall efficiency and profitability of the online store. 2. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 3. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns and promotions. 4. Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent stockouts. 5. Collaborate with customer service team to handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner. 6. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online retailing to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in online operations management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 5. Resourceful and hardworking personality traits. 6. Strong cooperation and teamwork skills. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with e-commerce platforms.
