Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

Xcel Energy is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Online Operations Manager to join our team in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level position, the Online Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of our online platform, ensuring seamless functionality and exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the performance and functionality of our online platform, including website maintenance, content updates, and troubleshooting any technical issues. 2. Monitor key metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of our online operations and implement strategies for continual improvement. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize online performance, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement. 4. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiencies. 5. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions for online operations. 6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making and drive innovation in online operations. 7. Lead a team of online operations professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in online operations or a related field. 2. Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data to drive decision-making. 3. Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships. 4. Hardworking and self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. 5. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with online platforms and tools. 7. Strong communication and leadership skills.
