Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Online Operations Manager to join our team at T-Mobile in Jacksonville, Florida. As the Online Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our online operations and ensuring the smooth running of all online activities. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate all online operations, including website management, online customer service, and online sales. - Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize online operations and achieve targets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of online and offline operations. - Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the online customer experience. - Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce and online operations.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience as an Online Operations Manager or a similar role. - Strong leadership and management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Hardworking and motivated with a strong focus on delivering results. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office and online analytics tools. - Presentation and negotiation skills.
