Operations Associate

Job Description:

FMC Technologies is seeking a passionate and driven Operations Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This part-time position is entry-level and requires at least 1 year of experience in a related field. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities: - Assist with day-to-day operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and quality control - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective processes - Conduct research and analysis to improve operational efficiency - Provide support to senior management in various projects and initiatives - Assist with training and development of new employees - Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong planning and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Experience with people management is a plus - Must be passionate about the industry and driven to succeed
