Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Operations Associate to join our team at AK Steel Holding in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization with a focus on resourcefulness and independence. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Support the operations team in various tasks such as data analysis, process improvement, and project management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of key initiatives - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive innovation and progress within the organization - Utilize your problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational challenges - Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making - Maintain accurate records and documentation for all operations-related activities

Requirements: - Resourceful and independent individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to think outside the box - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting - Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred
