Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

Packaging Corp. of America is seeking a Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This part-time position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with at least 2 years of experience in operations. As a Seniority Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our remote operations team and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Support remote operations team with day-to-day activities. 2. Assist in coordinating and communicating between various departments. 3. Conduct analysis of operational processes and provide recommendations for improvement. 4. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals. 5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of operations activities. 6. Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during operations. 7. Assist in the implementation of new procedures and strategies to optimize operations. 8. Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and deliver high-quality service to our clients. 9. Maintain a positive and energetic attitude in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and energetic individual with a passion for operations. 2. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues effectively. 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 4. At least 2 years of experience in operations or a related field. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is a plus.
