Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Illinois Tool Works is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team in San Diego, California. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate level, perfect for someone with at least 4 years of experience in operations.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations tasks remotely, ensuring all workflows are executed efficiently and accurately - Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes - Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline processes and optimize productivity - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Assist with project management and coordinate activities to ensure deadlines are met

Requirements: - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a remote work environment - Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively - Strong research skills to gather and analyze data - At least 4 years of experience in operations or a related field - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
