Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Micron Technology is seeking a dedicated and independent Operations Associate to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist with day-to-day operations tasks such as tracking shipments, inventory management, and coordinating with vendors. 2. Provide support to the operations team in managing schedules, updating databases, and creating reports. 3. Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to ensure smooth operations. 4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Assist with project management tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed. 6. Continuously look for ways to improve processes and efficiency within the operations department. 7. Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred. 2. Excellent people management and problem-solving skills. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 7. Previous experience in operations or logistics is a plus.
