Operations Manager

Job description:

Erie Insurance Group is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a hardworking and resilient individual who is skilled in negotiation and planning.

Responsibilities: 1. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth running of all processes. 2. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. 3. Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. 4. Manage and track key performance indicators to measure success. 5. Analyze data and provide insights to optimize operations. 6. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall performance. 7. Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to achieve company goals. 8. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role. 3. Strong negotiation and planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 7. Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
