Job Description: Celgene, a leading pharmaceutical company located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team. As an Associate level position, the Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a relevant field and possess the personality traits of adaptability and independence.
Responsibilities: - Manage the operations of the facility, including but not limited to staff scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with regulatory standards - Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the company - Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to ensure their success and professional growth - Monitor and evaluate the performance of the operations team to ensure goals are being met
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 5+ years of experience in operations management - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
