Job Description - Personal Assistant

Job Description:


Costco is seeking a passionate and driven Personal Assistant to join our team in San Diego, California. As a valued member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed. 2. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail. 3. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. 4. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required. 5. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. 6. Assist with project management and follow-up on action items. 7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 8. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Strong organizational and time management skills. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. 5. Previous administrative or personal assistant experience is a plus but not required. 6. Persuasion skills and emotional intelligence are highly desirable. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 8. Must be detail-oriented and proactive. 9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently. 10. Must be able to commit to a part-time schedule.
