The Bank of New York Mellon Corp. is seeking a motivated and driven Remote Secretary to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality administrative support to executives and senior management team members - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings - Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports - Draft and edit documents, reports, and correspondence - Handle incoming and outgoing communications - Maintain and organize electronic and physical files - Assist in special projects and events as needed - Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements: - Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Innovative mindset and problem-solving skills - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
