The Virtual Assistant at Credit Karma in Charlotte, North Carolina will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to various teams within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a driven and hardworking attitude.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage calendars, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for executives and team members. 2. Conduct research and compile data to support various projects and initiatives. 3. Prepare presentations, reports and other documents as needed. 4. Handle incoming emails and phone calls, responding to inquiries and redirecting as necessary. 5. Assist with travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for team members. 6. Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records. 7. Assist with event planning and coordination. 8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficiency. 9. Perform general office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment. 10. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role. 2. Strong organizational and time management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs. 5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Analytical and strategic planning skills. 7. High attention to detail and accuracy. 8. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. 9. Bachelor's degree preferred.
