Account Support Associate - Remote Work

As an Account Support Associate, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Providing support to the account management team in handling client inquiries and resolving issues - Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of interactions - Assisting with the preparation of client presentations and reports - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients - Developing creative solutions to meet client needs and drive business growth - Participating in negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and agreements
