Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Account Support Associate to join our team at Intel in San Diego, California. This is a part-time remote position at an Associate Level with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As an Account Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely responses - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Assist with order processing, invoicing, and billing activities - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and upselling - Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients - Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders - Attend client meetings and industry events as required
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Previous experience in customer service or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Hardworking and energetic with a positive attitude - Strong decision-making and leadership skills
