Job Description - Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


DoorDash is seeking a knowledgeable and driven Account Support Manager to join our growing team. As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients while managing their accounts. This is a remote work position based in San Francisco, California.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, ensuring they receive top-notch support and service - Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals - Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement - Work closely with internal teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner - Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction - Assist in onboarding new clients and providing training and guidance as needed - Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates on account status and new features - Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and expand account revenue - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance client support and account management processes


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or customer support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Hardworking and motivated with a passion for customer service - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior experience in the food delivery or hospitality industry is a plus
