Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at Laboratory Corp. of America. This is a remote part-time position based in Houston, Texas, US. As an Associate Level Account Support Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for any account-related inquiries or issues - Provide personalized support to clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services - Prepare reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns proactively - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of service to clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 5+ years of experience in account management or customer support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Hardworking and reliable personality traits - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills - Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
