Job Description - Account Support Officer - Remote Work


Job Description:


Franklin Resources is seeking a talented and passionate Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Associate Level role, the Account Support Officer will be responsible for providing crucial support to our account management team in Houston, Texas.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the management of client accounts by handling inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and seamless communication with clients. 3. Help create and maintain client records and documentation accurately. 4. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and support to the team. 6. Take on ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Demonstrated passion for client service and account management. 3. Strong adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment. 4. Leadership skills to drive projects forward and work effectively within a team. 5. Innovative mindset to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
