Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and independent Account Support Representative to join our team at Nucor in San Antonio, Texas. This position is part-time and offers the flexibility of remote work. As an Entry Level Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. 2. Manage client accounts, update information, and input data accurately into our system. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Provide product information, pricing, and delivery details to clients. 5. Assist in coordinating shipments and tracking orders to ensure on-time delivery. 6. Handle any escalation of issues and communicate with management for resolution. 7. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients. 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software. 4. People management skills and a natural leadership ability. 5. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow within the company. 6. Must be located in the San Antonio, Texas area. 7. Must be independent, confident, and able to work well in a remote environment.
