Utah Valley University is in search of a part-time Admin Support! The Admin Support performs clerical and secretarial duties including answering multi-line telephones, routing messages, filing, record keeping, and preparation of letters and memos. Informs students, faculty, and the public of departmental and university services available. Handles incoming calls and walk-in traffic and assists individuals and/or groups with inquiries and requests for assistance. Collects and counts money daily according to opening and closing procedures. Sorts and distributes mail to various areas in Student Health Services. Operates front computer scheduling programs and other basic office software.

Standard high school diploma or GED equivalent plus two years administrative experience or any combination of education and/or experience related to the Summary of Duties totaling two years is required.
