Job Description:
Celgene, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a passionate and confident Call Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in New York City, New York, US. This Associate Level role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Assist customers with product information, orders, and general queries about Celgene's pharmaceutical products. 4. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions. 5. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's database. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. 4 years of experience in customer service or call center support. 3. Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box when solving customer problems. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
