Call Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Whirlpool is seeking a motivated and resilient Call Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Houston, Texas. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, technical support, and general inquiries. 2. Provide excellent customer service by effectively listening to and solving customer issues. 3. Utilize emotional intelligence to empathetically address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and presentation while representing the Whirlpool brand. 5. Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the company database. 6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve call center processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Resilient and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong presentation and communication skills. 4. Emotional intelligence to effectively connect with customers and understand their needs. 5. Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
