Call Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and is part-time in nature. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls from customers and provide assistance with their inquiries and concerns - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and ensure their satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service and data privacy - Stay up to date on product knowledge and service updates to better assist customers

Requirements: - Adaptable and confident personality traits - Strong teamwork and cooperation skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred
