Job Description:
Amazon.com is seeking a remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat support. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and other inquiries - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively - Document all customer interactions accurately in the system - Meet or exceed performance metrics for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and enhance customer experience
Requirements: - Confident and hardworking personality - Excellent decision-making and strategic planning skills - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or call center role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in computer systems and applications - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
