Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Call Center Associate to join our team at Philip Morris International. This is a remote work position based in Austin, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner - Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals - Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of products and services

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong leadership and innovation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficient in MS Office and ability to navigate CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent
