Call Center Manager - Remote Work

Dick’s Sporting Goods is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. This is a remote work position, offering part-time hours with the opportunity for growth within our company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in call center management and possess a high level of resilience and adaptability.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote call center agents to ensure productivity and excellent customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations and performance. 3. Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to agents to help them reach their full potential. 5. Handle escalated customer calls and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Create and maintain call center policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 8+ years of experience in call center management. 3. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and call center software. 7. Resilient and adaptable personality traits.
