Job Description:
JetBlue Airways is seeking a diligent and self-motivated Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis with remote work opportunities in Dallas, Texas. As an Associate level role, the Call Center Officer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to inbound customer calls and emails, addressing inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues effectively. 2. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns related to flight reservations, cancellations, and changes. 3. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to meet and exceed customer service goals. 4. Document all interactions with customers accurately in the company database for reference and follow-up purposes. 5. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and offering appropriate solutions or assistance. 6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall departmental efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Resourceful and independent individual with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen ability to manage projects and tasks efficiently. 4. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
