Job Description:
Lear, a leading automotive technology company, is seeking a motivated and reliable Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Seattle, Washington.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and orders. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively. 5. Escalate complex problems to appropriate departments for resolution. 6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service. 7. Update customer information in the database as needed. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment. 4. Proficiency in basic computer programs and systems. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus but not required. 7. Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently. 8. Demonstrated leadership and adaptability skills.
